Happy Birthday Lauren Mae...The big 5

The Caldwells invited us up to Fenton to help them celebrate Lauren's 5th birthday with a few neighbors, the coolest slip-n-slide ever, good food and the funnest water fight to date. 

The birthday girl was all smiles after opening some super cool presents and having some cake with her pals.

Bailey had such great form.  I just love the look on Sean's face and he allows the children to swing a stick just being a few feet away.

And then it happened at 1500 hours...a water balloon sneak attack.  A direct hit...Sources tell me Brian had something to do with this.

Next came the ultimate retaliation..The others scattered in fear plotting their next move.

Little Boo decides to take a chance to bring down Brian, but is foiled by launching a dud. 

She tries many maneuvers to evade but in the end is....

....unsuccessful. 

The troops quickly regroup and go for the other objective and seem to have the upper hand

But they are tricked into turning on each other.

They successfully take the giant DOWN!

 What a show.

We had a lovely time with our friends.  It is hard to believe that Lauren is already 5 years old. Soon we will be welcoming a little Caldwell boy to the world.  We can't wait.
