A month in the life of the Fahnestocks...An update!

It has been a while I know.  We have been crazy busy and so that means a lot of photos and very little time to upload and share.  So I thought I would just do one big update wrapped together.  Enjoy!

ART IN THE YARD
Thank you so very much Aunt Liz and Uncle Kevin.  A few years back they bought the kids a bunch of art supplies to go with an easel that is very very very old.  It was mine when I was their age.  They sure got the creativity on that afternoon.

DIGGERMAN!
I just had to share how much fun the boy was having diggin up the lawn one soggy afternoon.  Some may remember that we used to have Lake Fahnestock every Spring, but not this year.  Brian got ahead of the game a pumped most of the water out ahead of time, but left a few puddles.

65 AND STILL GOING STRONG...HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDPA FUZZY!
May 21 a long long time ago, Barry Edward Fahnstock was born.  We got together 65 years later at the Eagles Imlay City to celebrate.  A great time was had by all.  With great food, good company and a little karaoke how can you go wrong?

Aunt Ali - Barry -Brian
Did I mention Karaoke?  Yes there it is, Brian and I belting out the tunes for the first time.  We performed Jackson by the Man in Black and June Carter Cash.  I have to admit we did sound pretty good or so they all said.

THE BOY AND HIS TOYS
What else can a boy need but a IPod to play his favorite tunes and a remote control car?

I LOVE ARIZONA....
Carrie and Chris are two of the best people I know.  So accommodating to me whenever I make it out to visit them in AZ.  We usually just relax and chill but this time they decided to take me on a hike through Fossil Creek and then to see Tonto Natural Bridge.
Me and my best friend Carrie.
The views were amazing.  I must admit that the drive up through the mountains had me SO DAMN nervous, but I trusted Chris and he made sure we made it down safely, but i was still a little FREAKED OUT looking over the edge of a barrier less truly one lane road SUPER HIGH UP!
Chris and I after navigating the way under the natural bridge.  Not as easy as it looks.  Things were pretty slick as you can tell by our soaked bottoms.
I had such an amazing trip to AZ.  I wish I could make the trek every couple months.
I was able to visit with another special lady, Carey, while I was in town as well.  Which makes the trip that much more enjoyable.  I so enjoyed our breakfast, coffee and walk after meeting her sweet little Audrey and catching up with Dean and Jacky.  MISS YOU!

FEARLESS
Bailey had a birthday party for one of the boys in her class at JEEPERS!
Yup...Those are Bailey's arms up in the air.  My girl rocks!

FUN BAILEY RUN!
Bailey raise over $60 for her school's PTO by getting many family and friends to pledge money for her to run in the annual FUN RUN.  Bailey made it around 13 laps on a very hot Thursday afternoon.  I am so proud of her.  GOOD JOB LADY!
